Rhode Island LISC invested nearly $40 million in 2007
Cumulative investments since 1991 now exceed $200 million.
2007 was the most productive year in Rhode Island LISC's history. LISC's investment dollars supported projects in Bristol, Cranston, Cumberland, Newport, North Providence, Pawtucket, Providence, Tiverton, Warwick and Woonsocket.
Football fields, child care facilities, commercial space, community safety initiatives and affordable housing developments were among the projects supported by Rhode Island LISC this year.
